Digital Products

• Delivery: All digital products (such as our planners and journals in digital format) are delivered instantly via email download link after purchase.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products

• Processing Time: Orders for physical products (planners, journals, etc.) are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

• Shipping: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I kindly ask that you return the original item, and once it’s received, I will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
